The Mission
Our mission is two-fold. It is to
provide healthy gourmet seasonings that at a sprinkle it will bring
forth a delightful flavor from any food. The second part of our
mission is to simply spice up the world! Bon appetit!!
The History
The KING OF THE CAJUN Gourmet Brand seasoning was
first developed in 1997. The first seasoning developed was the Cajun/Creole
seasoning. In 1998, the Blackened seasoning was developed. In 1999,
the Gumbo Filé Powder was developed. In 2002, the Cajun Cream
Sauce was developed. The latest addition to our seasonings is the
Louisiana Mix, introduced in 2006. More to come!
The Inspiration
The KING OF THE CAJUN Gourmet Brand seasonings were
inspired by the down home southern cookin' of the creator's Grandparents
and Great Uncles & Aunts who were brought up in Louisiana, Oklahoma,
Texas, Mississippi and Arkansas. |
